Every connection and every file is encrypted in transit and at rest with AES-256 or equivalent.
OAuth, never passwords
Gmail, Notion, Slack, and every other integration connect through OAuth. Dume never sees or stores your password.
Zero model training
Your data is never used to train Dume's models or anyone else's. What you share stays yours.
No human access
No one at Dume reads your data unless you explicitly ask for support. Every task runs autonomously.

We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers. Full stop.

You connect a tool
Sign in through OAuth. We request only the scopes Dume needs to complete the task you asked for, nothing broader.

Your data is isolated
It's accessible only to your account and the AI assistant acting on your behalf, never pooled with anyone else's data.

You stay in control
Disconnect any integration at any time from your settings. Nothing lingers that you didn't approve.

You can delete everything
Email us and we permanently remove your data from our systems within 30 days.

- Sell your data to advertisers or data brokers
- Train AI models on your data, ours or anyone else's
- Store your passwords instead of using OAuth
- Access your data without your request
- Share data with third parties outside signed processing agreements
