1. Eligibility

2. Services Description
Dume.ai is a personal AI assistant that helps streamline productivity by integrating with tools including:

- Outlook (Mail and Calendar)
These integrations allow the assistant to summarize, automate, and support work using real-time data from your tools.
3. Freemium Model and Subscriptions
Dume.ai operates on a freemium model, offering both Free and Pro plans:
- Free Plan: Limited access with daily message limits and basic integrations
- Pro Plan: Paid monthly or annually, with higher limits and premium features
- Team Plan (coming soon): Shared usage and pooled credits for organizations
Billing Terms:
- • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle
- • You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account settings
- • No refunds are issued for partial use or unused credits

4. Account & Consent
By connecting third-party tools, you grant Dume.ai permission to access data under specific scopes. You can revoke access or delete data at any time.

5. Data Use & Protection
We are committed to privacy-first principles:
- • Your data is used only to assist you—never for training generalized AI models
- • We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Dume.ai connects to third-party services. By using these features:

- • We are not responsible for the availability or actions of these third-party services
8. Termination
You may discontinue use or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.

All content, trademarks, design elements, and code on Dume.ai are the property of Stackgrid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our assets without written permission.
10. Disclaimer
We provide Dume.ai "as is" and make no guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or specific performance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dume.ai.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
