Dume.ai Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Enrollment in the Program

You must submit a complete affiliate application. Dume.ai reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable laws in your promotions.
• Avoid misleading or unethical promotion tactics.
• Do not use Dume.ai’s brand name in paid ads without approval.
• Keep your affiliate account credentials secure.
• Ensure accurate representation of Dume.ai offerings.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

We provide unique referral links. It’s your responsibility to ensure proper implementation. Referrals are tracked via cookies for 60 days.

4. Commissions and Payments

• Earn 15% commission on valid referred purchases.
• No commission on refunded or failed transactions.
• Payouts issued monthly via PayPal after a $50 minimum balance.
• A 30 day holding period applies to all commissions.

5. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following may lead to termination:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited emails.
• Falsely implying partnership or misrepresentation.
• Cookie stuffing, auto-redirects, or black-hat SEO.
• Using sites or ads that mimic Dume.ai’s brand/website.
• Offering unauthorized incentives or discounts.

6. Brand Usage Guidelines

You may use our approved assets but cannot alter them. Brand misuse will result in immediate removal from the program.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will no longer earn commissions on future referrals.

8. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates a joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dume.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue arising from participation in the affiliate program.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation indicates your acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
