Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all users who subscribe to paid plans of Dume.ai, a product of Stackgrid Technologies Private Limited.
1. Subscription Plans
Dume.ai offers a freemium model with optional paid plans (monthly and yearly subscriptions). By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing unless canceled.
2. Free Plan
You may use Dume.ai's Free Plan without providing payment information. No charges will be made unless you manually upgrade to a paid plan.
3. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual), and you will not be charged again.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time on a subscription after cancellation.
4. Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our product, but due to the nature of SaaS and the costs associated with infrastructure and APIs, we offer a limited refund policy:
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged incorrectly, or
- You experienced a technical issue that made the core features of the product unusable AND contacted support within 7 days of the charge
Refund requests must:
- Be submitted to support@dume.ai
- Include your registered email and a clear explanation of the issue
Refunds, if granted, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after the billing date
- Unused time or features after partial usage
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
5. Changes to Paid Plans
We reserve the right to update pricing and plan features at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any material changes.
